About Us

At All About SEN Kent, we are a dedicated team of experienced professionals with over 50 years of combined expertise across nursery, primary, secondary, further education, within both mainstream and specialist SEMH settings.

Our work is grounded in a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children and young people with additional needs—and in delivering practical, effective strategies that make a real difference.

Our team’s leadership experience includes roles such as SENCO, Designated Safeguarding Lead, and Executive Head within specialist independent education.

We have also provided tailored, compassionate support for post-16 learners through SPI services, tutoring, and mentoring, helping young people build confidence and prepare for independent, successful futures.

Beyond educational settings, we have worked closely with local authorities as Provision Evaluation Officers and SEN Managers for post-16.

We collaborate with schools, families, residential settings and multi-agency teams to ensure that education, health, and care plans are responsive, effective, and centred on the individual needs and voices of children and young people.

Our mission is to deliver a collaborative service that unites stakeholders—schools, families, professionals, and the young people themselves—to co-create solutions that reflect individual aspirations as well as needs. We are committed to empowering children and young people through inclusive practice, active listening, and the implementation of meaningful, personalised support.

Our values are rooted in empathy, trust, and professionalism. In addition to our extensive education and safeguarding experience, our team includes qualified governors, therapists, trainee therapists, and professionals dedicated to holistic wellbeing—including creative and therapeutic approaches to support.
